  Dr. Palioca and everyone at the Advanced Dental Practice office is absolutely wonderful! It is a comfortable office with the nicest and most competent people. They are friendly and talented-a rare combination. Dr. Palioca and his staff use state of the art methods. The cleanliness is second to none. The hygienists are thorough but gentle. None of that post-soreness after a cleaning at this office! He and his staff are great with adults and kids. His referral circle is just as good as he is. My daughter and son both needed an oral surgeon and of course Dr. Palioca recommended the very best! It is a friendly homey place with state of the art methods! From the minute you are greeted, you know you are welcomed and in great hands!

  I have always been afraid to go to the dentist ever since I was a kid. Advanced Dental helped me to relax from day one. The friendliness of everyone I came in contact with and the thorough explanations I received when asking questions helped me to feel confident that I was in good hands.
